• Premises Inspection & Patrol:

• Regularly inspect and patrol the premises to ensure all areas are secure and no unusual activity is observed.

• Verify that all doors, windows, and exit points are properly secured.

• Monitoring Property Entrance:

• Monitor all entrances to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals and vehicles are allowed entry.

• Verify identification when necessary and maintain a log of all entries.

• Entrance Authorization:

• Authorize entrance of individuals and vehicles after proper identification verification.

• Maintain a record of all personnel and vehicles that enter the premises, including times and purpose of visit.

• Suspicious Behavior Reporting:

• Report any suspicious behaviors or activities witnessed during patrols.

• Immediately alert authorities or relevant personnel if necessary.

• Exit & Security Point Surveillance:

• Ensure all exits and security points remain secured at all times.

• Double-check locking systems and report any malfunctions or concerns regarding security features.

• Surveillance Camera Monitoring:

• Continuously monitor all surveillance cameras for any signs of unauthorized activity or safety hazards.

• Document and report any anomalies or disturbances seen on the cameras.

• Alarm Response & Reaction:

• Respond quickly and efficiently to alarms triggered on the premises.

• Assess the situation, determine the cause, and take necessary actions to address any potential threat.

• Providing Assistance:

• Assist any individuals in need on the premises, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

• Offer help during emergencies or unexpected situations and provide guidance where needed.

• Incident Reporting:

• Submit detailed reports of daily surveillance activities, including any suspicious actions or security breaches observed.

• Include specific information, such as time, location, description of the situation, and individuals involved.
