Meet Karma Young: Employee Spotlight of the 3rd Quarter at Central Montana Protection Services

We proudly recognize Karma Young as our Employee of the 3rd Quarter for her dedication and growth within Central Montana Protection Services. Starting as an intern in high school, Karma quickly became a licensed Security Officer upon graduation and earned her firearms endorsement shortly after. She then joined the CMPS Tactical Team as an SRT Agent, serving across Montana.

Today, Karma works full-time as a Deputy Sheriff while continuing to serve part-time with CMPS on special law enforcement assignments. Her journey is a testament to perseverance, and we’re proud to have played a part in her success. We look forward to watching her career continue to grow.
